
A new streaming service has now come into the mix.
The service is called Freedive and is available on all IMDb and Fire TV devices. Freedive joins streaming services like Netflix, Vudu, and Amazon Prime. However, one thing that makes Freedive stand out amongst all the others is….. it’s free! Not to mention, you don’t have to sign up for a membership to use the service.
IMBd founder and CEO Col Needham had this to say about the streaming service’s launch (via Bloody Disgusting):
“Customers already rely on IMDb to discover movies and TV shows and decide what to watch,” Needham. “With the launch of IMDb Freedive, they can now also watch full-length movies and TV shows on IMDb and all Amazon Fire TV devices for free.
“We will continue to enhance IMDb Freedive based on customer feedback and will soon make it available more widely, including on IMDb’s leading mobile apps.”
