We have several new images to pass along from Kevin Kolsch and Dennis Widmyer’s ‘Pet Sematary.’

The images come exclusively from Bloody Disgusting. The film makes its world premiere at tonight’s (Sat. March 16, 2019) SXSW Film Festival in Austin, Texas. The role of Gage Creed will be played by Twins Hugo and Lucas Lavoie.

Jeté Laurence plays Ellie Creed, with Jason Clarke and Amy Seimetz playing Louis and Rachel Creed.  John Lithgow plays the role of Jud Crandall, Obssa Ahmed as Victor Pascow, and Alyssa Brooke Levine as Zelda.

The film is based on Stephen King’s famed novel of the same name, which follows “Dr. Louis Creed, who, after relocating with his wife Rachel and their two young children from Boston to rural Maine, discovers a mysterious burial ground hidden deep in the woods near the family’s new home.

“When tragedy strikes, Louis turns to his unusual neighbor, Jud Crandall, setting off a perilous chain reaction that unleashes an unfathomable evil with horrific consequences.”
