If you’ve ever wanted to observe elephants in their natural habitat all from the comfort of your own room, now’s your chance.

The Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort in Chiang Rai, Thailand, allows guests to stay in fully furnished and transparent jungle bubbles in a forest surrounded by three majestic rescue elephants.

You can watch these elephants interact with each other, play, and sleep in what is a once-in-a-lifetime experience to get closer to nature in more ways than one. However, the main thing they like to do is eat and with plenty of sugar cane strategically placed near the bubbles, the elephants are always within sight for the residing guests.

They will then take a short walk through the rice paddy until they finally reach the jungle bubbles. Upon arrival, the staff provides guests with an evening picnic basket allowing them to eat alongside the elephants. However, there is a strict policy against touching or feeding the animals.

Overall, the goal of the jungle bubble experience is to provide a luxurious setting for guests to observe nature while adhering to safety standards such as making sure the bubbles are elephant-proof.
