To say that Jordan Peele’s ‘Us’ has been doing well since its release is an understatement.

The film grossed $70 million in the United States during its opening weekend. It put up a number of $86.9 globally. In its second weekend in theaters, ‘Us’ added $33.6 million domestically, and not sits at $174 million worldwide.

Peele’s original hit, ‘Get Out,’ which took home an Oscar, ended its run at $176 million. The reported budget for ‘Us’ was $20 million. Should Peele want to do so, a sequel could be even better!

The Universal Studios’ project stars Lupita Nyong’o (Black Panther, 12 Years A Slave), Winston Duke (Black Panther, The Messengers), Elizabeth Moss (Girl Interrupted, Mad Men), and Shahadi Wright Joseph (Lion King).
